The English language begins to fade away as newspapers are being published in Polish

A local newspaper in Berkshire is to publish a Polish edition.
The Reading Chronicle has decided to have both an English and a Polish edition on Thursday in order to reach the growing Polish community.

Simon Jones, editor of the Chronicle, said the paper needed to adapt in order to break down "cultural and language divisions" in the town.

If the edition proves successful, a Polish version could be published on a regular basis.

How in the hell is publishing an edition of a local newspaper in a foreign language helping to "break down cultural and language divisions"? Surely, doing that is making sure the Poles develop their own self-contained Polish ghetto in Reading and thus CREATING cultural and language divisions .
