Two Liberal Democrat councillors have been found guilty of rigging a local election in Burnley, Lancashire.
Mozaquir Ali, 44, and Manzur Hussain, 58, obtained more than 160 proxy votes in the 2004 local government elections.
Preston Crown Court heard the men took advantage of an all-postal vote to ensure Ali's re-election in the Daneshouse with Stoneyholme ward.
They were found guilty of conspiring to defraud the returning officer of Burnley Borough Council...
