It is my thoughts that, in the USA alone we have flooding & drought areas. OK. Why not fill up tankers with water from flooded areas & take them to the drought areas? Thereby helping both ends. Also, in China they are being overwhelmed with sand. Again, box it up & put it on flooded areas. It may cost a bit but well worth it. It is my hopes that this reaches the right people that may be able to put it to use.
ADD ON: My husband is a truck driver & so I am aware of the costs that this would consist of. But, it will still be cheaper in the long run to take care of these things in this manner. As in helping Mother Nature to help us. Rather than the costs of flooding and droughts. People cant work sometimes under these conditions.
