I am getting legal advice tomorrow. I'm legally married to a Pakistani man under UK law. But since our marriage, he returned home to marry another in an Islamic marriage. Some people tell me he has committed bigamy. I know that as such his other marriage isnt recognised here, but has he committed bigamy? My solicitor has already asked if I have reported him to the police. Which makes me question it here now.
Anyone have any ideas? I am already in the process of cancelling his spouse visa, so realise I have been scammed. And as we have lived separate for 10mths, its time to get things moving in the right direction.
