They both employed unprincipled opinions, political manipulation , methods and tactics in the pursuance of their political greed to gain international political prominence.

Mrs. Arroyo and former US President Bill Clinton were classmates at Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in Washington, D.C.
