I believe the most influential reason behind Hillary's unsuccessfull bid getting to White House is her family's affiliation with the sleazy family of Mrs. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, a hated Philippine political family like the Marcoses.

Mrs. Arroyo's family cheated their way to Malacañang Palace, to wit:

1. First, via 2001 coup d'eta against the government of Pres. Joseph Estrada, a famed local movie actor; and,
   
2. Second, through massive vote rigging in 2004 presidential election against Fernando Poe, Jr, the national hero of the Philippine local movie industry.

Most americans (afro-americans, asian-americans, european-americans) felt Hillary Clinton's continued refusal to concede defeat a dangerous sign of political obsession, like Mrs. Arroyo's obsession to become president of the Philippines.
