Has anyone else noticed that Political correctness can actually cause racism. For example in England now if you have two candidates applying for a job and one of them is black or a woman and the other is white the employer must chose the black or woman candidate even if they don't like their personality. Wouldn't it be more PC to treat them as equals and chose the candidate who is better or who you like more, and I do understand that some employers are racist and do chose the white person every time but surely that doesn't mean employers have to stop choosing people on account of their skills and personality does it?
