| South Ossetia buys combat helicopters to repel aggression of Georgia My greetings everyone! Some of you may have heard already that a warfare between ex-Soviet republic of Georgia and its break-away autonomy of South Ossetia is just about to break out sending the Caucasus region into inevitable decline. Both Georgia and South Ossetia are though faraway but parts of Europe. Georgia is gathering its troops at the border with South Ossetia. As for South Ossetia, it has just purchased four gunship helicopters from inter-allied republic of Transdniestria! I think it is quite serious. Having such an uncontrolled neighbour one has only one way and that is getting more armaments. Perhaps, some of these days we will first hear of the hostilities outbreak. It comes as a big worry indeed. |
