| Abortion ban South Dakota Governor Signs Abortion Ban that would make it a crime for doctors to perform abortions in most cases unless saving a women's life. This is absolute insanity. No one has the right to ban abortion. Though it is a woman's choice to have an abortion, I do not believe that a woman should have an abortion after six months of pregnancy. Before that, the "baby" cannot even legally be called a human being and therefore aborting then wouldn't be so cruel. How a person could sign an abortion banning bill is just beyond my understanding. The bill that the South Dakota governor signed, wasn't even exceptional to cases of rape.
