I recently went to a prison to do some contract work, If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't believe it! How do I get into this place, it's lovely!
Colour tv in cells including digital tv & sky, playstations & other games consoles. phones, officially they are not allowed mobiles but according to the officer I was talking to most prisoners have a mobile, Sex, also according to this officer some of the women officers are engaging in sex with inmates, some are even charging money for it.
Now I'm not talking about a low security establishment here, this is a high security (laughingly) prison full of rapists, killers and not very nice people.
Surely a prison should be a place of punishment, not a holiday camp! We should be making these thugs repay society for their crimes, not rewarding them.
