DETROIT (June 18) (http://pollclash.com/) - A young Muslim woman said she and another woman were refused seats directly behind Barack Obama — and in front of TV cameras — at a Detroit rally (http://pollclash.com/) because they wear head scarfs.
Two Muslim women attending Barack Obama's rally in Detroit (http://pollclash.com/) on Monday said they were barred by campaign volunteers from sitting directly behind the presidential candidate because they wear head scarfs. Spectators seated in that section, above, were shown on TV.

Yeah it does. But they are so fussy about those things. It's most likely because of PR, but they flip shit about security stuff. When I went to see him speak I was wearing knee-high socks and one of the security people wanted to check it out. I had my wallet tucked in there.

It makes you wonder they keep their brains? ;)

I think Obama is concerned about any links to Islam, as Trouble43 stated.
It's sad when people will judge him simply because they assume (wrongly) that he is Muslim.

Why should he be concerned? Why should so many Americans be so damn stupid to favor McCain, a clone of Bush, when most of them hate Bush. There should automatically be a bigger turnout of voters for Obama over McCain than there was between Obama and Hillary in Virginia.
Reasons why people should still favor Obama over McCain, regardless of Obama's religion.
1) McCain might die in office, because of his age. He is not in great health. William H. Harrison might have lasted longer than McCain. Great opportunity for someone who is opportunistic like Romney to be his V.P, because he's likely to be president very soon.
2) McCain is senile. He tells Obama he doesn't have any external political experience, and then he tells Barack that he is eccentially a traitor when he tries to take a trip and gain some external political knowledge.
3) McCain is not a true conservative. Of there aren't truly that many real conservative Republicans. Favoring big business should not be a conservative prospect. If you understood what business is, you would agree with me, because business is quite a liberal thing. It involves innovations, new ideas, ideas that fit a multitude of different people. None of that is conservative. To be conservative is to live Amish, to live without electricity, technology, and anything that is innovative or different from what we had to start off with as a nation.
4) McCain has a poor record concerning Veteran Affairs, while Obama is at a B+.
5) McCain believes we should have forces in Iraq for as far as a hundred years if not more, when Iraq's government wants us out as soon as possible, since the Iraqi people want us out immediantly.
6) McCain's only military experience was being shot down and taken in as a POW for a very lengthy number of years only that could easily give him impair judgement as a commander and chief. Plus he would also be suffering greatly from what took place, making his life enormously stressful as it is. He won't last long being president. The stress will kill him quickly.
7) I swear if McCain gets elected, I'll assasinate that SOB myself along with Romney or whoever else is going to be his VP. I might not have to assasinate McCain, but I'll be damned to see our country and every single one of you, my fellow Americans suffer another four years of Reagonomics, another four years of tough times while the rich take all those tax cuts and use them to buy more foreign cars and hire more foreign workers so they can save more money to buy more foreign cars. I'm sorry if it upsets you, but I think it is patriotic to die and do whatever it takes to save our nation. Isn't that what it means to be patriotic? The president is not the symbol of our country, it is our constitution. So why care about not killing Tyrannical presidents like Bush, why not kill him now and anyone else that wishes to represent the same damn thing? I would and you should too for all of us, regardless of your political affiliation and beliefs, because it is for the sake of our survival and to prevent any future unnecessary drafts from taking place.
Now about Obama's Religion. He's christian as far as any needs to know. If anyone thinks he is muslim, they should take some time to read up on the Wright case, because they should then know he ain't muslim. You can't be muslim and belong to a church. I'm sorry, but a lot of Americans are just plain mentally retarded, not ignorant, retarded. An ignorant person would know that christians all go to churches. An ignorant person would know that a muslim doesn't go to a church. So this isn't a matter of ignorance, it is a matter of mental retardation.
And why should people fear Islam anyways? It is just Arabic Judeao-Christianity. It is Jewish/Christian mixed ideology with Arabic Pre-Islamic values. It is nothing more. Christians and Jews in the Arabian Countries hold the same Arabian values though they have different ideology when concerning those values. So should this be about race? It probably really is about that issue. People are taking Islam as a cover for what is really their racial intolerance. And you can have black people intolerable of other black people, we have that going in certain cities where Southern Blacks and Northern Blacks don't quite frankly like each other. There is also the incident between the Cribs and Bloods if anyone didn't forget. So hatrid and violence between black people shouldn't be a surprise. And if it is happening between black people, you can bet your top dollar there are whites and others that feel the same way.

People don't connect him to Islam because he's black. It's because of his upbringing and his name. Barack Hussein Obama. Now people connect Islam to radical terrorists. There fore he is fearful in a position of power-such as presidency.
