Sergei Markov put the caucasus crisis down to a darstadly plot by Dick Cheney, US Vice President and Republican presidential candidate John Mccain. A confrontation with Russia would be extremely useful just before the US presidential election exposing Barrack Obama's inexperience in foreign affairs and security policy and boosting McCains chances". Unquote. Would any one think that Cheney could be as devious as that and play polititics with thousands of lives?      |
