"CLEVELAND POLICE"!?!? Putting People Last.What use are they?

Last night I was at my Fathers House,he had just gone to Bed as he has Ostio
Arthritis in his Back and this has turned his Spine into a very very Painful and
Awkward position,so for a little more comfort he went Early about 8-3O Pm.
The Day had been very trying and stressful as my Mother was taken into the
Hospital on Saturday night with a Nose bleed whicg would not stop.This is
partly because she is and has been on Warfarin for the past 9 years.Anyway I
was just watching the Television when someone bangs on the outside of the
Window hard enough as to very nearly smash it.I straight away ran to the
front Door of the Porch wher eaccross the Road Eight youths were gathered
shouting and gesturing like they do when in a Gang and full of Drink.I went
out to them and they ran off still shouting and gestureing so I thought going
after them accross the patch of waste ground between the two estates
would be suicide,they were about 14-16 Twoere on Bikes.I went back in and
by now my Father was getting dressed,so they turn up "again" this time I see
who is who and where they all are,it turns out another three were around the
corner.This continues back and forth for about twenty minuets (and by now I
am getting more than a little bit ****ed off).Clearly I want this sorting out
before tonight as my Mother is getting out of Hospital today,and like I have
said she has a bad Heart.Then I do something I have never ever done before
os even dreamt I would ever do I call the "Local Police".This proves to be far
more difficult than I imagined as all I keep getting is a empty call signal,after
about four mins I get an answer.Then I begin explaining the problem about me
being worried about the front Windows going through ETC and my Fathers
plight and age 77.The the stupid silly bitch say that she can not hear any
disturbance coming down the Mobile Phone line???.She then tells me to sit
tight and do "nothing" just let them get on with it she said,if you are insured
you will be alright??.I compliment her and her brilliant Police for being so street
wise and sharing their very precious knowledge with us mere mortals.As things
turned out they "never" showed up last night,this after asking me what these
little bits of shit were wearing,and to now the glorious Police have not turned
up even now.

One Hour ago whilst driving through to James Cook Hospital,we passed one
Police Van in the Town who had just pulled a Motorist over,then on the A19
we passed three unmarked Police County Cars all Parked in sneaky hiding
places to catch the unwary Motorist??.Now corret me if I am wrong here,but
I think in a straw poll most people would rather a Police Van or Car would
at least turn up for them when their House is being bricked and their Families
threatened than having most of the local Force out on Roads catching
the odd Motorist who might be breaking a speed limit.

I think (no in fact I know this is a disgusting way to treat people)like my 77
year old Dad and my 75 year old Mother,who I dare not tell what happened
for she would be too worried to stay here.

On leaving the Hospital the Consultant said to my Mother that she should
avoid "Stress" at all costs,still we have no need to worry as the great
CLEVELAND POLICE (PUTTING PEOPLE FIRST) are looking after our interests.
