| That will do Scots being beneath London's foot! Damn it! Did you know that Scottish army pipe bands were banned by British foreign ministry from joining the military tattoo celebration in Russia called Kremlin Zoria? According to Miliband that was done in protest of Russia's activities in South Ossetia! Such an absurd decision of Miliband, I say!
No wonder that the ban drew the indignation and was condemned not only by experts and plain military tattoo admirers of Edinburgh where annual Military tattoo have been taking place since 1947 under the auspices of the Queen, but also the local Scottish authority that believes this step to be an evidence of London's restraining the Scots' aspiration for independence! Horseshit! Why the hell Brits think that they can decide for us what to do and what not to do!
I say that it is time Scots raise the question of separation from England! There has already been too much humiliation that Scots had to suffer form London! By the way, I should remind you, the greatest humiliation for Scotland is though to be on April 16, 1746 - the Battle of Culloden, when the English defeated Scottish rebels who were trying to restore independence of Scotland from England that was abolished in 1707. Then there was the Act of Proscription that made it unlawful to have weapons, wear a kilt or play a bagpipe! As we know, Queen Victoria's love of Scotland helped to raise this ban only in the mid XIX. As for nowadays London, they try once again to subjugate us! It is time we stop obeying London and start making direct relations with the EU! The more so, as after the break-up of the British Empire 72 per cent of Scotland's population speak for independence of Scotland! |
