Terrorists external and internal are creating unhealthy atmosphere in Bharat and disturbing peace. Their activities is retarding progress and obstructing economy. They must be nailed and finished off. All Bharatwasi and the Government have a key role to play to achieve this target.
I have tried to analyse the problem and I have some solutions. My views are expressed in following paragraphs.
The basic reason for terrorists activities is the theory of 'one nation one religion' Bharat proved this theory wrong. Some religious fundamentalists can not digest this truth. So they try to create problems with an aim of creating conflicts based on religion. Such conflicts, they feel, would prove their theory as correct. So far Bharatwasi have paid no attention to their action. This is visible in every after effect of terrorists attacks. Every Bharatwasi paid no heeds to these inhuman activities and maintained peace before, during and after their heinous activities. Religious fundamentalists are stubborn and may not stop their efforts even if they have to continue till eternity. The result is slow development of economy which we as Bharatwasi can not accept.
Finance for terrorist activities is mainly through smuggling of drugs and selling in Bharat. This not only provides required finances but also spoil the young generation of Bharat. Young generation is the strength of Bharat and we can not accept this situation. Another source of finance is blackmailing the rich. All these rich persons are narrow minded and try to buy peace at the cost of nation. They know whatever they pay is recovered from the general public. There is no financial loss to the rich. There is third source of willing contribution from religiously distorted persons. They feel they are contributing for religious activities. All these finances must be stopped.
There is a need to mercilessly squash drug trafficking. Whoever is involved must be punished to minimum punishment of death. None should be left free on any reason like age, social status, religion, relations etc. Those found guilty must be finished off. This law also may be applied to persons who consume drugs. For them maximum punishment should be death.
Blackmailing can be brought an end if rich refuse to pay blackmail amount and rather prefer self death or death of any one in family or relatives. Some of the rich persons have to sacrifice. Most of the contractors working in certain region regularly pay certain percentage of contract amount to terrorists. Most of such contracts are for Government jobs. This is nothing but the Government financing terrorists, may be indirectly, but the Government officials have full knowledge about the transactions. There may be a way to avoid this. Bharat should raise army of 'Sappers and Miners' This should be a force consisting of skilled, semiskilled and unskilled persons controlled by Army Officers. Minors must have not only training of their technical job but also army training. Rules for this force may be different than regular army as this force would not be used in any military operations. Military training would be limited to self protection. Instead of paying extra to contractors (extra payment actually reaches the terrorists) pay it to this force. Let this force be deployed in area suffering with unrest. Unrest due to terrorists, Naxalites, Maoist or similar 'ists'
Sympathy towards all mischief mongers must not be tolerated. Any one who sympathises directly or indirectly must receive same treatment as terrorist. Meaning they also must get the death penalty.
There is one more category of persons who have prior knowledge or suspicion about terrorists activities. These persons normally would be relatives, friends or having same religion. Some of them may be sympathisers of the terrorists. These people are most needed to make terrorists acts futile. The government may not give police protection to politicians and the rich but must provide full protection to these persons including sympathisers. They can help in avoiding terrorist acts.
