Targeting civilians in war time

I think Hezbollah and Hamas should stop targeting civilians because it's immoral. Israel is now rightly criticized for targeting civilians in Lebanon and this should serve a red line not to be crossed. Firing rockets into cities is wrong. Dropping bombs on cities and villages is wrong.

Nither is legitimate action.

Do you think it was immoral when the Allied forces flattened Dresden in the secong world war after the Nazis dropped a few bombs on Coventry?

Bombing innocent is definitely inhuman. Fight with those holding gun and not with those who doesn't even have a stick to protect.
