Every political party and individuals define secularism as is convenient to them. There is a need to have an acceptable definition and it should be included in the constitution more elaborately. In my opinion,
Secularism should be defined as under:-
Name for religion: There is no need to give any name to any of the religions in India (or in the world) as all religions have exactly same aim, base and path (path to a large extent)
Aim of religion: Brotherhood and peace.
Basic Principle: To help others is welcome and to harm others is sin.
Rules for religion: State constitution.
Methods of worship: As followed in ancient Bharat (India) or, Baudha or Jain, or Islam or Sikh etc and acceptable to the individual.
Place for worship: residential house an Individual, public Prayer place or any other place authorised by the administration.
Powers of religious head: Resolve conflicts in worship.
Responsibility of religious head: Never force way of worship on any one. Establish brotherhood among those who accept and others who do not accept. Spread brotherhood among all citizens irrespective of caste, religion and place. Inform administration about extremists and their activities.
Name System for every Person: The complete name of a person should consists of (a) First Name: Name of the individual. (b) Middle Name: First Name of Mother. (c) Last Name: First Name of Father.
