The USA and other "nuclear powers",seem to have no idea,as to what is to be done to the tens of thousands of tonnes of,deadly, radioactive, "nuclear waste":-the result of their pursuit for Global power,by acquiring nuke capability of more and more destructive nature.
Will these nuclear wastes do the job of the terrorists?Do these nuke powers have a responsibility towards the rest of the world? If so,what is their plan?
While talking about the concerns regarding terrorism in general, and the nuclear ones,in particular, what steps, these so called responsible nuclear powers have taken/intend to take, to prevent a Global Catastrophe?
These are serious questions,to be answered with affirmative action,by the concerned nations, that is ,the USA,Russia,Britain,France,China etc.

USA and India is going to sign a treaty for cooperation between India and USA. It is final stages. All the nuclear waste may be dumped in India. Western countries are dumping whatever is dangerous in India. Ship breaking, cow-dung and now nuclear waste. Over and above they want India should pay liberally for all this waste and be grateful for the same.

They probably feel it is the duty of India to find a solution.
