Bournemouth's Liberal Democrat council chiefs said that they were unable to fly the Union Jack from the town hall to mark the Queens birthday because there were no staff available to hoist the flag.
Seems strange when there was no such problem a month later when the town hall flew a rainbow flag to "celebrate" the town's Gay Pride Festival weekend...........!

Hehe maybe they think higher of gay pride than the queen? It's understandable!

Hehe maybe they think higher of gay pride than the queen? It's understandable! That's not the point mate, the Town Council are supposed to take the whole population of the borough into consideration not just gays and the gay pride festival but I suppose you would expect that kind of thing from the Lib Dems.

How many council workers does it take to put up a flag... ?

Answers on a post card please, and the winners will recieve a round of laughter filled applause.

That's almost as bad as when I heard that a fire station were made to pull down their St. Georges Cross flag because it offended the nearby asian communites, I think the Queens birthday is much more important than celebrating about gays, as is showing the pride of the fireman rather than risking offending the asian communites near by, IF THEY DO NOT LIKE OUR PATRIOTISM OR OUR FLAG..... FUCK OFF!!!

...and I apologise for the word use, but I just could not think of a better way to say it :D

Short, to the point, and sais what you mean.

I can see no problem. (I also agree entirely).

ASSIMILATION NOT INTEGRATION!
