Report accuses teachers of 'cheating' to boost GCSE passes

A new report revealed teachers ' highly manage' pupil's coursework to boost GCSE results.

The full extent to which teachers are cheating to boost pupils' coursework marks is laid bare today.

A damning official report revealed that GCSE coursework in crucial subjects is "highly managed" by teachers.

Three quarters of English teachers give students essay plans and allow them to re-draft their work once it had been handed in.

Other ploys include drawing up checklists of points to cover and giving special coursework tutorials.

Pressure on teachers to boost their school's position in league tables is believed to be a factor behind cheating in coursework, the report said.

No bloody wonder these bits of conffetti they give you at the end of school are becoming more and more useless.

I fully understand those kids that skive off school. It's totaly a waste of time.

I wonder if any of these "teacher" *******s will be sacked?
