The european court judgement is supreme

Please any judgement passed by the european court of justice is it
Supreme over individual country.

There is a case of a chinese woman called man lavette chen against the
British home office under tony blair and the law is not targetted on a black
to black or white baby by black in a marriage.

September 2004 this case centred around the british home office about
Residency and naturalisation,the court in it ruling said that the family has
Absolute right to remain in the U.K permanently or indeed any european
State without a dilemma of any sort in a landmark ruling which was affiliated to the
IRISH/EUROPEAN citizen children in ireland aswell.

The court went on to spell it out that,whether those parents have resided
In any country in the european achipelago before or now does not matter
Than the right of the childrens as an EU citizen which confers the right
To the parents aswell accordingly.

But i believed that if any white or black race has problems with that judgement what should they do is to

Go to court not power corrupt or ''a race sell out or rape''!!!
