IMMIGRATION RULE UNLAWFUL SAY MPS

New immigration rules which could leave dozens of highly-skilled migrant workers facing the prospect of deportation from South Devon are unlawful and should be scrapped, MPs and peers have warned.

The joint Commons and Lords Human Rights Committee said that the changes to the Government's highly skilled migrants programme breached the European Convention of Human Rights...............
