| Since many people are so opinionated about minority groups... ...I thought you would find it interesting that I just had an interview today for a leadership seminar.(well, that's not the interesting part) Before I went in for the interview I was given a piece of paper that listed all the things they may possibly touch on. Obvious things were on the list like, leadership roles taken...blah blah blah. But at the bottom of the list was "cultural sensitivity torwards minorities". They didn't mention it in the interview, but I thought it was wierd.      |
