A videotape with lectures of a Saudi cleric, who tries to teach young Muslim men how to beat their future spouses, has appeared in Internet now. But all real Muslims know that Islam forbids beating women. It tells us that Muslim men can never treat them like animals.
Thus, such statements of Mohammed Al-Arifi as “the man should beat a woman but without pockmarking” are real blasphemy (or due to British criminal law – sacrilege). And I, as one of Muslims, lived in the UK, have no choice but call upon all our British brothers to organize mass protest actions in Great Britain and other countries where Muslim brothers are living. We can’t just say idle amid this brazen attack against Islam!
