Russians continue their invasion in England. They already own our largest football clubs. They spread fear and death exposing Londoners to great danger. They have already settled down in London and its suburbs, and now they are looking forward to possessing Scotland and other picturesque landscapes of Britain. They off-handedly continue to occupy our houses slinging dirt at our historic pride.

It was reported recently that Russia’s former prime minister Mikhail Kasyanov acquired Naworth Castle, the estate of Earl Carlisle, the pride of Cumbria.

Naworth - is a castle with great history and traditions. Its current owners - Philip and Elizabeth Howard, the descendants of previous owners - have been trying to protect the castle from a sad perspective of turning into a cheap inn. Their efforts have come to an end now.

It is difficult to say for sure what stands behind the sale of Naworth Castle. Most likely, it was a matter of big money, which Russians are used to spending like water. Russian officials’ mafia links may also be involved. Officially the deal has not been settled yet, but the sum of £50 million will become the decisive argument in it.

The castle’s new owners may turn it into a brothel, which is the most alarming aspect of the story. Rumour has it that the staff of Naworth Castle was offered to look for another employment. In the meantime, more and more Russians appear in Cumbria evincing great interest in its real estate.

Many are aware of the situation in Cornwall county, where real estate prices skyrocketed as a result of the Russian invasion. A similar state of affairs is in store for Cumbria, and its residents will be forced to look for other places of living.
