immigration good for who

We are being told that immigration is good for the British economy but is it good for the British people.
Has any party or MP ever asked any of their constituents whether they want people from all over the world as their neighbours or keeping their wages down.
Are they good for British companies that is if you can find a British company that has not been sold to some foreign owner.
We will see these politicians try to make excuses when the recession hits and these valuable immigrants are all claiming social security.
I note that the government are surprised at the increase in cars on the road. I am not. With millions of immigrant drivers now on our roads.
We are told that they are all very qualified but does anybody check their credentials, their background or even their criminal record. Not as I know.
I personnaly have no bother with immigration up to a point but that point has long gone.
I went to renew my passport and I was surprised to see that all the interviewers were from a part of Asia that is
well known for its corruption and it does not surprise me that British Passports are easily available.
