| I am getting sick and tired with Americans humiliating Britain... Oh, my… I am getting sick and tired with Americans humiliating Britain. Presently there’s barrage of criticism towards Washington’s bad doing in Iraq. Clearly, they least of all want similar thing to occur in Afghanistan. Pentagon is striving to prevent it in most damaging for Britain’s image way, which is huge irritant actually. I think what they are doing now amounts to full-fledged info campaign to portray British military men active in Afghanistan as nutty imbeciles. Actually American “friends” have turned them into kind of scapegoats to blame’em for every misfortune of the allied forces in that damned Afghanistan! Fancy Pentagon chief Robert Gates has publicly accused our soldiers of incompetence and feebleness! He should rather care about his own GIs fearful even of kids in Afghanistan. GIs are brave only when they are bombing civilian areas in the country instead of fighting real Afghan rebels. Thais challenging piece of job they usually leave for ‘incompetent Brits’. Bush and his military brass prefer to keep their GIs safe from enemy bullets using their closest British ally as cannon fodder. And after that they dare to claim or military in Afghanistan are good for nothing! I suggest leaving Americans alone in Afghanistan and soon we’re going to see who’s who! |
