The big 3 parties and their policies talent management

Hello, this is my first post so hello to everybody, I've decided to do a question on talent management for my politics A level coursework, and I've found it tricky finding relevant information, as I'm looking for information that is relevant to the big 3 parties, and their policy on talent management if they have one, i.e. how do the parties recruit and keep MP's in, sorry if thats poorly worded but think I'vr jush picked a bad question, so could anybody help me or provide me with any pointers to get me in the right direction, any books or sites they might no of, because so far I've found it very tricky, and my searches has provided me mainly with info related to the local governments

Thanks in advance for any help
