So, if 1200 have passed release date HOW MANY BLOODY FORIEGN *******S ARE ACTUALY IN PRISON?
In Germany, if any foriegn national comits an offence which CAN bring 18 months, or more, in prison, then they are deported with NO FURTHER APPEAL. Note they do not have to be sentenced to 18 months. But if they are found guilty and, in theory COULD have been, suffices.
Perhaps the British Government may like to take note.
It would end this problem over night.
