I have great concern with the leaval of house building and car ownership in the country. The countryside are the lungs of the cities. Given carbon dieoxide is killing mankind I can not see how Goverment can marry the reduction of carbon output and continue to build houses and add to road congestion. The european union are placing tarif on carbon output, we will be fined if we do not comply. This also makes non-sence of wind farms poluting our scenery, we will only require more wind mills for all...
