Lord Nelson is on a distinguished road
BNP Candidates on BBC Reporting Scotland.

Three candidates were filmed on the campaign trail in the East End of Glasgow today for BBC Scotland’s Reporting Scotland new programme.

The programme will be aired this evening (Thursday 19th April) on BBC One Scotland (for SKY viewers outside of Scotland channel 971) at 10:25 just before Question Time and features Kenny Smith, Charlie Baillie and William McLachlan and another activist leafleting in Riddrie.

Lead candidate Kenny Smith told reporter Alan McKay that the BNP was standing to give Glaswegians a voice for a change and to put local people first in jobs, housing, health and education.

Kenny was also on BBC Radio Scotland’s Good Morning Scotland programme this morning. The interview was aired at 6.50am but still produced a clutch of telephone enquiries to the Glasgow office on 0141 550 2180.

Readers can hear the interview by logging on to the BBC Scotland website http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/radios...dex.shtml?link and selecting ‘Listen again here’, then selecting ‘News and current affairs programmes’, then the ‘THU’ stream underneath the ‘Good Morning Scotland’ listing. The interview takes place 50 minutes into the recording.
