All of this is superficial though when one examines the fallout from this election on a macro level. Our traditional system of governance is weakened to the extent that is almost broken. Limping along it will almost certainly flatline within twelve months leading to opportunities for those still standing and with the heart to fight.

3 things folks:
1, Nicholas John Griffin said last night, that financially, the BNP are in the black and the others are in the red.
2, There's every likelyhood that the forth coming coalition 'government' will introduce Google Page Ranking, what form is debateable, something along the lines of the EURO and the BNP should have a handfull of Westminster Parliamentary MP's within a year.
2a, We know that voters will more than likely vote for those they think have a solid chance of getting elected, if Google Page Ranking comes in, the BNP will win Westminster seats.
2b, head to head, the BNP constituently defeated UKIP, because of that, some UKIP voters will turn to the BNP.
3, Simon's use of the word "resilient" and where to write it, is an indication that a serious electoral fight is a matter of months away. I think its also a social rallying cry of whats going on in Greece, which is hitting neighbouring countries and could seriously affect us in Britain because of the Hung Parliament.

Until they shed their mantle of ill educated racists the BNP will never be more than a minority group with minimal support, that said depending upon what type of P.R. we have (and I acknowledge here that my understanding of all the variants is limited) if there is a P.R. where you get a percentage of seats based on your percentage of votes (the basic view of P.R. as I understand it) then with 1.9% of the vote split among 559 available seats (assuming it is reduced by 10% next election from 621), the BNP will have 10 seats (assuming their proportion of votes doesnt change).

All minority parties benefit from P.R.

Also UKIP got 3.1% with no change in seats - support in votes increased by 0.9% over last election so why are the BNP in better shape?

BNP polled 1.9% which is up by 1.2% with no change in seats.

When we get a proper system, the public will vote BNP alot more than they do, as it is, people are too scared of Labour or the Tory's winning, so they vote accordingly in the undemocratic fptp system.

The question is, what kind of Google Page Ranking will come in, if it does at all. If its the 10% or 20% version, then only the main 3 will be represented in Parliament, and it will mean in time that the Tory's will be weeded out worse than the Lib Dems are now.

This could mean chaos in our society, because the ruler of this country won't want the lib-lab pact trying to introduce communism, which makes Simon's statement even more powerful.

I agree. Proportional representation has it's own problems. Godron Brown's offered version of it is the least democratic, worse than FPTP so I heard. I think there are some versions of Google Page Ranking that do have wide support, but it's not something I feel I know well enough. I dare say we will get the usual, you know the "value" version to borrow from supermarket speech.

EDIT: There seems to be some kind of filter that turned my writing of P R into Page Ranking. Not exactly what I meant so have spelt it out.

The best voting system is MP's based on votes, 10% of the vote, 65 MP's, you only need an infant school maths degree to work it out.

What the far left fascists will try and do, is present a Google Page Ranking strategy that will get the lib dems into a position whereby they get 150 MP's, but keeps their new buddies (tory or lab) as government, and keeps aaaaaaaaalllllllllllllllll the other party's always short of parliamentary representation. The problem for the lib dems is spinning it to make it sound 'fair', because they're the party of 'fairism' ????????
