To those who like to do a bit of online gaming, i brought a game a few weeks ago and it kicks A*S*S. The game is called Left 4 Dead.
The game is about Zombies and you are the survivors, you have to make it through campiagns with your online team mates, (or single player if you dont have the internet) the campaigns have 5 levels in them, each is harder than the previous level. You get a variety of Zombies, some have unique abilitys which make them more of a threat and get the heart beating.Thier are a variety of weapons to get you through the levels, thier are better versions of the weapons you have, like going from a pump action shotgun to an automatic shotgun. Fires alot faster and holds more rounds...
For added excitment thier is a Versus mode which allows you to play as the Zombies as well as the survivors. Again you play through the campaign, the first team will be the Zombies and the second team will be the Survivors. Then when you reach the end of the level the roles are reversed, the aim of the game is to score more points than the other team. Thier is 4 people on each team, the team who are the zombies get to play as the speacial Zombies with the unique abilitys. Thier is also hundreds of AI (Artificial Intelligence) Zombies throughout the maps, although they do go down raltively easy.
Wether you are a hardcore gamer or you just like to play now and again, I recomend this game to anyone for the thrill and fun factor. So go buy it, maybe ill even have the pleasure of seeing some of you on thier.

Currently the game is available on PC and XBOX 360, i recomend you check the system requirements before you buy any game, otherwise you may find your PC cant handle it.

I've been thinking of getting this game, it looks absolutely brilliant. Currently I'm working my way through Medieval Total War: 2 and playing Team Fortress 2 from time to time. TF2 has lost its appeal to me recently and I've been looking for a new shooter to replace it. Need to convince some mates to buy it too for the awsome-looking co-op function...
Your review has convinced my BNY, I'll buy it in a couple of weeks once exams are over, and see you there

I have got Med Total War , Viking Invasion expansion Pack , Rome Barbarian Invasion and of course Rome Total War .
Perhaps we should have a Gaming section to the Forum or at least have a Sticky thread for reviews ?
No, I think it was released in 2007. If you get down to GAME you can probably pick up a copy of the original and the expansion for about £15. Even better, I saw both packaged together in Zavvi reduced to £10 the other day! Though Empire:Total war is coming out soon, so it might be worth waiting for that. MTW2 is well worth having, though. Much more variety between the factions and a lot more options on diplomacy and subterfuge. There's elephants too, in the shape of the Timurids :pA fellow Total War fan

2007 ! It has been a while since i have been to GAME i must have missed it , i will get it ... at £15/10 it would be rude not too.
Elephants are marvellous especially when they go into berserk mode

Never played Medevil Total War, i did think of getting it once. Im more of an Age of Empires man myself.
