There are many but few as offensive in their effect as "there's no evidence that...". Often said as a fob-off response to a challenge or unwelcome opinion.
I have yet to hear an interviewer say something along the lines of: "how have you looked" or "I have no evidence that you're telling the truth".
Any more?
