Any nation, any person can spy but when you spy in contravention of privacy or human right to privacy or in actual fact provide false infoemation around its not right and its subject to court battle and compensations obtained without due process of the law, and some government we say they dont have to revail informations about foriegners, i believed the exeptions to that power granted to any minister or government in any country is only on terrorism act, any other informations must be revailled unless that sort of goverment is afraid of the implication they held and continue to dig without addressing the subject matter rather than killing the leaf rather than the roots.

And if you want to get rid of a tree without the roots, the tree will continue to grow anyway. and the person may not want to get to gether with them though, because nobody want to sleep next to trouble makers.
