Hi,

I am astonished at just how much control Government has over the MSM.

Around lunch time on Friday one of the most consequential events in history occurred yet it failed to reach the news until around 22:00hrs. the following day - it took that long for the corrupt media to work out the spin with the liars and cheats in Government.

Even by the Sunday dead tree MSM propaganda feste they had clearly not got their act together!

I rekon it is definitely odds on the Government still trying to sell useless, environmentally damaging, inefficient and hugely costly windmills for power generation.

I bet that the Government goes on levying taxes based on what is now proven to be a pack of deliberately contrived Government lies.

I bet they don't take back that corrupt and venal Al Gore's Nobel Prize.

I'll bet the Green Party are in a panic now that people realise they just have a Green skin that hides their Red Core as fascistic Communist control freaks.

However, Lance, I don't believe that people are grabbing the significance of this.
The whole anthropogenic Global Warming lie has been blown out of the water.

There is some climate change, there always has been, but we are not about to drown, and in any case we are not responsible. The CO2 link is a flight of fancy and the CRU have been dishonest big time.

All the manipulation, distortion and suppression revealed by these emails took place because it would seem these scientists knew their belief was not only correct but unchallengeable; and so when faced with evidence that showed it was false, they tried every which way to make the data fit the prior agenda. And those who questioned that agenda themselves had to be airbrushed out of the record, because to question it was simply impossible. Only AGW zealots get to decide, apparently, what science is.

Truth is what fits their ideological agenda. Anything else is to be expunged.
Which is the more terrifying and devastating: if people are bent and deliberately try to deceive others, or if they are so much in thrall to an ideology that they genuinely have lost the power to think objectively and rationally?

I think that the terrible history of mankind provides the answer to that question. Nixon was a crook. But what we are dealing with here is the totalitarian personality. One thing is now absolutely clear for all to see about the anthropogenic global warming scam: science this is not.

thanks for the heads up that the link didn't work Barry - I have updated and it is currently working again.

Yeah I read Melanie Phillips' articles.

I have greatly updated my blog with a lot more links and I'm trying to get my head round not just other people's articles and interpretation but also the raw data and info. - I've worked on and off (more off as they get paid I don't) with Christopher Booker & Richard North for about 10 years.

Christopher's book 'The Real Global Warming Disaster' is a very good read and not too heavy - also do read Ian Plimer's Heaven and Earth, also worth reading is 'The Chilling Star'.

are YOU a flat earther still worshipping the old Gods with their Religious Taxes and blind faith without honest reliable science to support the new religion of Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) or Anthropogenic Climate Change (ACC) for neither of which is there a shred of honest sound peer reviewed factually backed science - yet our irresponsible and profligate Politicians like falt earthers and witch doctors adhere to the old ways insisting in faith rather than fact.

Believing and trying to sell/force their unscience on unscrupulously on the unwilling and unconvinced.

Yes our planet's climate AND temperature fluctuate on time scales we do not even begin to understand - mankind's output of influence on these huge forces are like a flea climbing an elephant's leg with intent to rape.

Leave the flat earthers with their delusions and their strange unscientific faith in their outdated and fanciful religion but ensure people are advised of the irrefutable FACTS - Mankind has NO consequential influence.

As AGW & ACC wither as threats to hold over our heads and tax us for to control us watch the politicians trying to sell the myths Peak Oil!

It used to be easier to con people but Politicians are having trouble telling lies these days - they have been caught out so often by The Blogosphere and sometimes The Meeeeja.

You note having put in FoIs over and over again There was constant refusal to release the data but now that the facts have been leaked and we KNOW they have been fudging the facts and telling lies they are planning to release the data they have SELECTED from the last 160 years - Still a con whichever way they fiddle it.

Met. is largely a non science - remember Michael Fish and his SCIENTIFIC forecast that night!!
