My solution, the cops get a facebook account.
Why can't Jesus eat M&Ms?
Because they keep falling through the holes in his hands!
Jesus may love you, but he won't respect you in the morning.
It beggers belief doesn't it?
All this technology to make life better and how do we use it? In most cases for the trivial.
And it's yet another example of the mixed messages we send our children, there's a paedophile round every corner, can't go and play in the street. Sure go ahead and set yourself up an account on a networking sight, I'm not in the least bit bothered about the motives of someone wanting to be your "friend".
Mobiles are one I've faced recently as my nieces each got one for Christmas (the youngest is eight), my argument was, sure for emergencies that makes sense (in my day it was a phonecard but then when was the last time I saw a working phone box), but why do they need one that sings and dances and makes tea too? Then again I'm horrible and my default position is "no" until persuaded otherwise, hence the lack of tv/ dvd combo in this years stocking!
So yeah society is failing, it's failing all our vunerable; children, the old, the sick - you know who I blame?
