The 6th. Ammendment Ended in US when will the right end Here?

The 6th. Ammendement reads:

Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. Ratified 12/15/1791.

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

This Ammendment has NEVER been legally set aside - just that the US Government has arbitrarily and malevolently set it aside and has unlawfully set aside this right of the American People without authority.

Robert Green was seized off the streets in Aberdeen a few weeks ago and held almost without contact for 3 days on a trumped up charge of 'A breech of the peace'! Interestingly when taken to a court 15 miles out of Aberdeen Robert Green discovered the so called breech of the peace was based on the claim he MIGHT do something!

Robert Green is currently held on indeterminate harsh bail terms - the offence by the authorities was it now seems to cover-up paedophelia amongst the Judiciary and more!
