To the staff,

I just wanted to make you aware of a problem I have been having accessing this site, which may be affecting others and the general participation level on this board.

Unless I completely disable java in my browser, this site is almost completely inaccessible. The page2.googlesyndication.com java script is taking so long to load, that I simply give up in frustration and leave the site. Often the browser simply freezes completely. And the page2 script has to re-load every time you click a link. Visiting this site is a misery.

If java is disabled, the site is accessible -in that it is viewable- but most functionality is disabled. Without java you cannot post and most of the user cp is non-functioning.

Just wanted to let you know. Perhaps this is a phenomenon unique to my experience; but I have top of the line computers running on proven XP OS, and on high speed connexions.

I am currently accessing the site via a proxy script, which was the only way I could get through the page2 script and post.

Update: I disabled java script but left java enabled. That has done the trick. I don't know why this page2.googlesyndication.com script is affecting my browser so negatively, but it freezes my browser on all sites, not only this. C.
