When are the Tories gonna tell us their polcies?

I have to admit getting a little fed up with Snooty Dave "Weathercock" Cameron pointing in the direction of the prevailing wind. He has now had plenty of time to settle in as leader and to formulate some policies. It is absurd that the leader of Britain's 2nd party still leaves the electorate wondering what on earth they will do if they ever get in power.

There was a story in yesterdays Times (20.12.09) explaining how the conservatives were ready to launch a policy a day throughout January.

Hopefully this will answer some questions, if it materialises!

I am really surprised that you are getting a little fed up over this .

There is nothing that Snooty Dave "Weathercock" Cameron could say or do to get a Marxist Nutter to vote for him, is there?

So, why worry, go and have a sing song a few carols and wassails with the lads and keep the red flag flying.

Let's have a reality check here.

    Has an election been announced?

Did the PBR give details in the way that it has before every other election?

I think you will find the answer is No.

So why are you asking an opposition to make government policy when it is not a government, and an election hasn't even been announced and yet not asking your Government to provide the details of its intentions in accordance with its previous policy?

Sit down and pull a cracker my friend, your point is less than moot and postitively damaging to you.

We will see the tories announce their policies as soon as an election is announced.Much sooner than we will see the referendum we were promised by the nulabnazi party of the EUSSR(Hitlers Plan B so to speak).

With this present government making so many last minute promises and implementing last minute changes in legislation in a seeming attempt to hamstring the next government, it's little wonder that the Tories haven't announced their policies yet.

If Cameron has got any sense he'll wait until a/ an election date has been firmly fixed and b/ he knows just what he's up against and what he needs to do to even try to rectify the mess the present government has put us in!

The point about the election not having been officially announced is rather irrelevant don't you think? The beginning of June is the latest it possibly could be, most likely in May, and now some talk of March possibly. Cameron is saying diddly-squat because thats his best option, its his to lose, why bother putting something out there that could hurt you later on? Yes its both annoying and cynical politics, but it is the smart choice.

Great answer there batman. You forgot to tell me that you were the party of investment and the Tories were the party of cuts.

I can't imagine why labour voters have lost confidence with such sure footedness

Re: When are the Tories gonna tell us their polcies?

I Hope to meet my friend very shortly Mr and Mrs Conway, but when policies are out the electorate can feel the vacums by then, but voters deserve better, but labour policies in just a contnuations and recalibrations isn't it ?

The rest should be left for the ''cloud nile''.
