Cameron The " POLL SLIDE" - Gold medal winner

    What a fortnight !!

We had the SKELETON -"Well done Amy Williams !! Gold medal winner"
We had the LUGE - "bad luck guys"
We had the BOBSLEIGH - "bad luck guys, turn 13 a real bummer"
And now the "POLL SLIDE" - "Well done David Cameron Unofficial Gold medallist"

    Bit of Olympics there !!

Well well well, Cameron and his awfull chanceller George..............(name escapes me for the moment) decide after a couple of weeks pole sliding to change their strategy on not what THEY can do for the country but somehow threatening the voter the consequences of another Labour term under Gordon Brown.

That's certainly an act of desperate measures, well done on a "New low" David Chameleon. Incidentally, some may say, one reason the Tory's lead has been slashed is that news story last week surrounding the number 10 bullying reporting and the proximity of the Tory office in relation to the charity, about 15 yards I think !!, but I, couldn't possibly comment. Intelligent human beings are going to draw their conclusions especially those who don't believe in coincidence!

Another reason for the slide ( ay ! bit more olympics there ) could be that the voter is getting a little fed up in waiting for the Tory policies to materialise and where the cuts are going to be.

Or indeed they may be finally in the belief that current Governement handling of the recession in putting off drastic cuts until later, is the "BEST SOLUTION". They may believe like the PM that cutting spending this year may possibly de-rail the recovery. And they may also think that "Brand UK" is too big to lose it's credit status - "BECAUSE AFTER ALL, WERE BRITISH" - and of course they would be right !

Another few weeks of negative spin from Mr Cameron and we may be on for an Olympic "Poll Slide" record. Fingers crossed.

So you would prefer a Guy who stole the job after his moron boss gave it up and has systematically destroyed this country with their 13 years of rubbish, lies and thievery.

I am no fan of any of them, but Cameron is a statute mile ahead of that fat train controller.

So unproductive has conservatism been in producing a general conception of how a social order is maintained that its modern votaries, in trying to construct a theoretical foundation, invariably find themselves appealing almost exclusively to authors who regarded themselves as liberal. - F.A. The reason the polls are showing a fall in Tory support is that the public is finally beginning to see through Dave and George's shallowness and incompetence in dealing with the fall out a capitalist created unprecedented financial crisis . Channel 4's expose of Cameron on 8th March shows Osbourne condemning Labour's nationalisation of Northern Rock as a Castro style communist take over and he [Osbourne] would have allowed the bank to collapse, and only weeks later pledging full support for the government's banking rescue plans. What if, and where would we be, if Osbourne was in charge? A domino collapse of the main banks?

Cameron played down his well advertised austerity plans by denying he would cut front line services from day one by saying "all these will take some time to feed through", which is the same as cutting from day one as legislation will be introduced on day one .Once set in motion these cuts [once fed through]will be introduced what ever adverse effect they may have on the economy.

What I think is happening is that it's beginning to sink in with voters that the danger of a miscalculation in making decisions dealing with the crisis would be so dire and that while they may not be in love with Labour, to change horses at this moment in time and hand over to an untried Tory government that have made so many wrong calls so far would be a gamble too far.

Cameron's lengthy obfuscation over Ashcroft's tax status which could have been resolved in a short space of time is another indicator of his willingness to use subterfuge and evasion to avoid the truth. This hasn't gone unnoticed by the electorate who are also beginning to notice his bluster like sound bites which have no depth. It could turn out to be better the devil you know.
