The news is a massive blow to the woman appointed as Camerons "sleez-buster and last night it led fellow Conservative MPs to demand her sacking.
Ex secretary Sally Hamond who worked for Mrs Spellman at the time in question offered to give evidence against her. Her account has led some MPs to approach the party's Influential back bench 1922 committee to demand their chairman to be axed BBC's Newsnight reported.
