Vote of no cofidence in Labour "governance"?

I have been doing my nightly dredge of the news paper web sites, and yet again they are FULL of the incompetence of the present "Government" in every thing from terrorism to prison over crowding, to failing to stop binge drinking, to the PM himself being the subject of criminal investigations.

A question to all Tory party supporters, if there are in fact any;

Why has, whoever is their leader this week, not put foreward a "vote of no confidence" in the present shables that calls it's self "Government?

In the 70s this was virtualy a weekly occurence, yet now we hear, at best, a wimper from a room far away.

Is the Tory party, by failing to do this, actualy APPROVING of the present administration? Is Tony "OOOHHH! PLEASE do THAT to me again George" Blair putting a lot of money into Tory pockets to keep them quiet?

WHAT IS HAPPENING?
