Unhappy the tory party announcing they would increase health funding!!!!!!!!!

the tories have announced they would increase health funding by a massive 26 billion a year above what is already spent.

Is the health service deserving of such funding or will it become a white elephant, or worse a monster of westminster.

A close eye needs to be placed on the health service, it has a lot of power of life and death over society and it needs to be held in check.
