People That incite Violence And Hate.

I was just thinking that, what should we do to people that, incite violence and hate in a country like ireland ?

Should the judge jail them to halt the persistent incitement of such nature as a precedences any thought ?

"incite violence and hate" is a very vague statement - particularly if we're talking about somewhere like Ulster in which a massive percentage of the population would fall into the broadest possible definition.

You would need to give some specific examples of the offences you have in mind before I can begin to entertain the idea.
