Quite right as well. Though they do seem to be giving the natives a chance with the points system,so maybe not as harsh as it seems at first glance. They should have brought something like this into play in the UK years ago. If you dissagree visit your nearest tower block and use the lift (if its working) the stairwells we be just as bad .

Urinating is under the law of public order BUT spitting excuss me, then man can not even say fat from their ass, that will be under what section ?
