The UNIFIL forces in Southern Lebanon are failing to prevent the re-arming of Hezbollah and as such is it not time for their withdrawl?

Hezbollah have strengthened their position as a party within the Lebanese government and, as such, the "armed groups" are synonymous with the Lebanese government. Our sources disclose: Syria pulled the wool of Israel's eyes for the transfer by openly training Hizballah in the use of SA-2 and SA-6 surface-to-surface missiles. Israel had warned it would deem their passage into Lebanon Syrian casus belli by Syria.
The situation is being destabilized by Iran and Syria supplying weapons to their proxy war-makers, whilst Iran continue to enrich Uranium with impunity.

What are the International community going to do about the situation?
How can the UN maintain peace in the area?
Is war imminent?
Jesus said in John 3:17, "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved."
