The reason that North Korea think they can misbehave is that Obama holds out the limp hand of weakness and friendship to their enemies whilst betraying their friends.
This show of conciliation is only seen as weakness by many in the world and it will end in war.
My advice to everyone is to try to be self sufficient in as many ways as possible.
