According to news report coming from Kenya, Uganda and Ethiopia, the SPLM has once again begun stockpiling of large amounts of light and heavy weapons in South Sudan.
Western diplomat of a well known supreme country in Nairobi, Kenya said that the SPLM trend of stockpiling weapons is undisputed evidence that the SPLM is heading to establish its independent state in South Sudan.
However, the western diplomat said he fears that the largest amount of weapons in south Sudan will make the region vulnerable to war.
The western diplomat expressed his regret over the lenience of the African Union and the international community toward this armament operation in South Sudan.
The western diplomat, who has long experience in South Sudan issues, said that the region is heading into tribal conflicts as the SPLA, the military wing of the SPLM, is composed of various tribes with the Neur and Dinka tribes competing with each other for the SPLA command.
The inter-tribal conflicts within the SPLA will push parties in the SPLA to try to make military adventures as each tribe is looking forward to take over the command of the SPLA.
African diplomatic sources in Ethiopia said the African Union is worried about the SPLM trend to intensively equip its army with heavy weapons.
Reliable sources in Khartoum said the said SPLM behavior is regrettable, saying South Sudan will face complicated conflict if the SPLM did not change its policies.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised 'for the good of its victims' may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us 'for our own good' will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." -- C.S. Lewis
