This isn't a thread about should Britain leave the EU, as I think most members would answer 'yes' to that, however can you actually leave the EU. After France and Germany showed recently how they deal with dissenters in the recent vote on a constitution (Czeks), could Britain leave the EU if the Governing political party was so inclined?
